The cost to ship an item truly depends on the size, shape and weight; plus the price of any insurance. Of course the destination counts too. Based in America, we ship mostly in the contiguous United States and utilize standard ground options like USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Whether it's Domestic or International, we use the carrier's calculator to be as accurate as possible. If you have a preference of carrier or choose to spend a bit more than standard rates to speed up the process, just let us know.
Return & Exchange
There are certainly times when extenuating circumstances would be warranted and honored with a full refund, return and/or an exchange. However, changing your mind because the styling or color palette doesn't match your intention, is not a fair warrant. Art is a tough product in this arena, especially with commissioned artwork. During the commission process we provide sketches and adjustments with approvals all along the way maximizing two-way communication and 'goodness' validation. Of course, damage during the shipping process can be covered with insurance for the value of an item however both you and I are subject to their rules and requirements too.
