“ A jester who paints his own muse for the masses, gashes and laughs. A see thru artist, flurry of thought, take heed of your actions… before he reports.”

Artistic Observation: I’m fascinated by our common, unconscious sociology. The ‘undetected’ interactions between people and their environment. Macro to sub-atomic relationships – I believe all things are connected, a Universal Mind, compounding energy, where every string matters.
As a self-taught artist, I am unbound by the scope and banal of textbook art. My engineer training and management experiences afford me a perspective to witness subtle Human processes; a heightened sense of physical awareness. For every action, there is an equal but opposite reaction. It is something which I cannot give back…and no one can take away.
Still, I review types and style of art as they each have their own technical platforms and merit. Having owned/operated a gallery, the pieces that were routinely created and sold as art-work was great stuff. At times I felt they lacked artistic risk.

Consequently, I feel compelled to use art as a tool, to shake people out of their complacency and challenge their conformity to common, unconscious sociology.

Having the opportunity to make art with other 'Lancasterian Artists' was a great collaborative feeling. And, the gallery was the perfect setting. We became connected to various groups of artists which drove me to experiment and create beyond my own personal experiences. The results for the City, its Visitors, and the Human community were a wide scope and diversity of artistic products and services and discovery of a deep pool of art workers and skilled craftspeople.
In Lancaster, PA art is a viable industry sector and creates opportunities and platforms to make money; and peace.
